The 1199 is about to be comprehensively upgraded to 1299, maintaining its consistent craftsmanship and quality, and making the coding combination more flexible and efficient.
The 1199 flange and threaded seal system, which has been trusted by customers worldwide for over 30 years, will gradually be replaced by the 1299 series starting from October 2025. Emerson will use the new 1299 remote diaphragm globally, which will continue to maintain the same compatibility, form and function as the 1199, ensuring a seamless transition of parts.
Currently, this series of products can support 14 types of seals and 18 types of diaphragm materials to meet different application environments in the measurement field. The following process connection styles will be fully and gradually transitioned to the 1299 model: FFW, RFW, EFW, PFW, RTW, RCW, FCW, FUV, FVW, HTS, WSP, UCP, CTW, TFS.
Model 1299 uses dynamic options to determine the seal type and can flexibly support upcoming features and innovations. By simplifying the specifications of Model 1299, you can move from process connection requirements to a complete model string faster and more efficiently. Dynamic option codes simplify the selection process, reduce errors, and enable smarter configuration.
